Time For King Cakes and Parades

Christmas isn’t over until January 6th, Twelfth Night or Epiphany. It’s Kings Day and King Cake that kicks off the Carnival Season here in Louisiana!

The bonfires on the Mighty Mississippi Levee in the River Parishes takes place again Christmas Eve. This spectacular annual tradition lights the way for Papa Noël!
