Unless specifically stated, there is no age requirement to win an on-air contest on WTIX. However, some prizes may require a minimum age to participate (ie. 21 years or older to for an event at a casino), in which case the age requirement would apply.

Who is not eligible to enter a contest on WTIX:
- Anyone who does not meet the afore mentioned age requirement (if applicable).
- Any employee (full-time, part-time or temporary employee or associated individuals of the station or participating sponsors.
- Any immediate family member of such employees or associates.
Limits of winning:
- After winning a contest of any kind on WTIX, the winner is eligible to win again 30 days later.
- One person can win up to 4 times in a 12 month period.
